After spending 2 days in Esperance decided to head out to Cape Le Grand National park about 60kms east. Oh boy what a lovely surprise awaited us, we had been told it was beautiful & it sure lived up to it's reputation. Lucky bay what a great name, as it turns out Matthew Flinders was in the bay in January 1802. Booked into the camping area Seniors rate @ $6 each & that included hot showers, water & flushing dunnies!!!!

Rather large sea gull, was eying off bait in the bucket while he was fishing. 3 Herring & couple small sand whiting
Lucky bay the water is crystal clear & sand is so white, almost like talcum powder
While we were sitting on rocks admiring the view a pod of dolphins came cruising past & then all of a sudden one rolled over onto it's back & started hitting the water with it's tail & making a big splash. HEY LOOK AT ME !!!
