Cute van @ 13km rest area
After leaving the lookout at 13km peg, the fog started to get very heavy & by the time we got to 52km peg, it was almost a total WHITE OUT & decided it was time to get off the road & let the road trains have it all to themselves, far to dangerous to be on the road, as they couldn't see you until they were on top of you. I certainly didn't want to be road train kill!!!
Bob surveying the scene from on top gravel heap
Witchwae in the fog
Bob having tea the next morning. By night fall there were 5 vans pulled off the road
Cliffs were only 300 metres from camp site, could hear the surf but very hard to see the clifftops
Cliff tops in fog
Bob looking @ cliffs
Spider web glistening with dew
Pig face flower
Thick pea soup, reminds me of the cold winter days in OLD DART !! UK
Witchwae is somewhere in there hidden by the fog!!!
