Anzac day in Albany

I'm abit late with this one. ANZAC DAY in Albany last year. They had a march & ceremony down by the waterfront at the new ANZAC PEACE PARK. Albany was where 59 ships left to take all the Australian & NZ soldiers to the first World war. For some this was the last time they ever saw OZ as they died overseas fighting for KING & COUNTRY.

  2. Hi Sue & Postie
Just got your comment this morning when I opened up the blog. We have left Albany & spent last nite in Gnowangerup, slowly making our way to Boyup brook for the Country Music festival 16-20 Feb & then definitely turning east for Norseman & Nullabor, should hit there by early March. Cheers Jan & Bob
