Mt Mary hotel was built in 1894 when the town was thriving & had a railway station & about 20 people living in the place. These days the population is a lot less 9 to be exact. Not sure how the pub survives, farmers & tourists like us passing by, that call in to see an a cute rural pub.
This was home for the night, camping out the back. $10 dinner special was inviting, meat loaf & vegetable bake. Very yummy
The owners dog "SAM" popped in for a visit, had a good sniff around & couple pats
