We decided to head out Wignalls winery today & see what the Vintage Blues festival was all about. $60 ticket each for entertainment from 2- 10pm. We were blessed with a beautiful day by Albany standards. Lovely sunny day & hardly any wind great combination for a wonderful day listening to local WA bands + top acts. I especially enjoyed Adam Hall & Velvet Playboys, big band type music playing swing & definitely had everyone up & dancing, including Bob & yours truly for their 40 minute bracket. We had seen them playing in Perth when we went to Mustang bar to go dancing on weekend.
Approx 3000 people through the gates & NO BYO, so I reckon the bar made a killing as well.
ALBANY ROCKS
Blues Bros direct from Vegas put on a fantastic show. Certainly had the crowd up & in the groove & enjoying a great show & fabulous afternoon & evening of entertainment
