Meet our friends Peg & Mike. It's a long story & goes back to the days when I worked at Glenbrook bowling club in Blue Mountains during the 90's. Peg & Mike were members & often came into club for a drink or two with there friends.

I had no idea that they were on the road travelling around just like Bob & I.
When we finished the housesit in Busselton in March 2010 spent couple days at local caravan park as Bob had some appointments booked by the diabetes nurse. One evening I bumped into Mike walking around the park & I said "I know you" & he looked at me & said "sure do from Glenbrook bowlo" & then we went to see Peg & she got just as big a shock as well. Had cup of coffee the next morning & said our goodbyes.

We saw them again at Margaret river township & decided to book into the same caravan park for couple nights. It was coming up to Easter so thought we had better find somewhere to camp for a week or two preferably free camp or national park. Decided on Alexander bridge which is on the river & about 25kms from Augusta. Spent 12 days there & had a great time sharing "HAPPY HOUR" & nightly camp fires.

Then once again it was time to go our seperate ways, Bob & I headed off to Nannup to catch up with friends we had met on the road up north @ Onslow. Mike & Peg headed off back up north to Port Hedland via inland highway.

They rang couple weeks ago to see where we were as they were starting a camp host job near Walpole about 120kms west from Albany. Made a date to meet 1/2 way at Denmark tavern for lunch. Lunch turned into a 5 hours of catching up on everything we had all done in last 8 months since we have seen each other.

Next Monday we are going over to Crystal Springs where the are hosting & make a day trip of the outing
