Arthur River

Arthur river lies 125 miles from Perth, it was the half way point for travellers on their way to Albany on south coast. The road was built by convicts, who actually went on strike about the woeful conditions they had to work in & slowly things improved & the road was finally completed

This kitchen is all that is left of the Inn
