Stockton lake near Collie

This is Stockton lake just 6 kms from Collie. Collie is a big coal mining town & this lake was an open cut mine. Now it is a beautiful recreational lake & free camping. We are staying here till Saturday & then off the dance in town & stay in van overnite. Heading off to Nannup to visit some friends for couple days, before we head across to Boyup Brook for the 4 day Country Music festival from 16-20th Feb.

This morning Bob & I went for a walk right around the lake & along the cliff. The water is the most amazing blue, reminds me of the tropics or Greece.
