Drove as far as Burra creek gorge couple hours up the track. When we pulled into the camping area there was a CMCA chapter from the Riverlands there for a weekend. Introduced ourselves & had a chat & a beer with some of the members.
I just love these beautiful River red gums that line most of the creeks around the countryside

On the way into the gorge we found this lovely old stone homestead abandoned, all the out buildings & stables. There are so many of these old cottages scattered through out SA.
