Copley

Leigh creek was in shut down mode, being Sunday. Headed over to Copley 5kms away. Tourist have been known to travel for hundreds of kilometers for a bite of bush baking at the Quandong cafe. Home to about 100 people.

 

Copley is friendly gateway to Arkaroola Wilderness sanctuary & rugged Vulkthunha- Gammon Ranges national park

 

Copley bakery was the only place open on a Sunday & doing a roaring trade with locals & tourists. Made a pretty mean pie & pastie
